How long does delivery take?

This depends on the product ordered. Most of our products typically take only a few days to get processed and shipped out. 

Once shipped, it only takes your order up to 3 weeks. For other items like free promotional items please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery depending on demand. Shipping outside of United States, Canada and Australia can take up to 45 days due to customs. If you’re still not sure, just email us, we’re happy to help.

We know it takes some patience, but it is worth it. We work with different artists and manufacturers worldwide, this is the reason for sometimes long shipments. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase. (This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

 All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one… where’s the rest of my order?

When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately as we use multiple manufacturers from around the globe.

We’re pleased to partner with artists and manufacturers all over the world bringing products that illuminate and inspire. Some of our items will be shipped from manufacturers in the US or Aus while others will be shipped from places such as China, India, Indonesia or Thailand. For this reason, sometimes the products in your order are being shipped separately from different locations.

So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once… they are on the way! Contact us to track them down if needed 🙂

Do you deliver products internationally?

Enchanted Accessories ships worldwide to nearly every country across the global, covering North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and more. We employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives to your destination safely and securely.

We partner with major international shipping companies like DHL, UPS, FedEx, IB, and EMS.

I’ve put a wrong shipping address, can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it.

Contact us anyway, we still care and we’ll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use.
